I moved from Wordpress.org back to Ghost Now .Com isn't letting me move back

Some of my posts are here still, but my newest posts are still on Ghost but I can't seem to move them over and its driving me crazy. I want to be here for the community aspect and ecommerce tools but they aren't making it simple at all and I'm not really sure what to do about it. ChatGPT for once isn't much help.  I really have nothing else to say other than its driving me crazy and I'm frustrated
